Moderate heat whilst baking, 50% are Medellin coffee from Sumatra Island. Beans are slender, large, and the appearance may be uneven; 50% are Brazilian coffee beans. The S-shaped line in the center determines the place of origin. Beans are smooth and easy to bake.
