What inspired you to create a NATRUE accredited range of skincare products?

To have confidence in a respected European certifying organisation checking all our in-gredients, extraction and manufacturing process to ensure we complied.  It gave certainty that our desire and claims for a completely natural skincare range were correct.



What were the main challenges you faced in order to get it launched; and are you still facing these challenges today?

The registration process is detailed and took longer than we expected for all the background checking of the submission to be completed.  There is also cost which continues with bi-annual recertification costs along with audit costs.



What were the most memorable, defying moments during this time?

The positive feedback from our focus group on the improvement they saw in their skin through using a flexible and uncomplicated personal routine.


What helped you to see it through to the end?

The belief that it was the right choice to get the NATRUE certification and the confidence we had in our 100% natural skincare range.


What are your plans for the next 5 years?

To grow our loyal customer base and to keep delighting them with new skincare products that have the same efficacy and results as our present range.
